Weekly 1-hour discussions via Zoom (or in-person, if you live in the London, Ontario area), covering topics relevant to where we are in the Wheel of the Year.
Replays and course materials are all posted in a private Facebook (or accessed through YouTube, on request) group.

Through ongoing, targeted and intentional meditation, journaling, and ritual practices, you will learn to shift and guide yourself energetically.
The aim is for students to become adept at controlling the energy both within and around themselves.

Upon successful completion of this 1st Level of the School (which you may start and finish at any time and your own pace), you may be invited to initiate into the 2nd Level.
